Vitalite believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and has maintained a pricing structure that makes care accessible to all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident cases. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Insurance
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident cases, personal injury cases, and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge. You can also send us a quick message HERE, including all your insurance information. We will find out and contact you within 24 hours with your coverage.
For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have specific benefits, there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay for care directly, as they discover natural care to be extremely cost-effective and affordable. For our chiropractic patients, we also offer ChiroHealth USA, a great option for those without health insurance. Ask our front desk!

ChiroHealth USA
The ChiroHealthUSA program provides discounts on many of your chiropractic and healthcare expenses. Your acceptance is guaranteed, and the program may be used by you and members of your immediate family. While this program is not insurance, it may be used to cover expenses not covered by a major medical health insurance policy. By joining the ChiroHealthUSA Program, you immediately become a member and are eligible to enjoy these discounted fees. Your membership is just $49 per year and includes you and your dependents. To join, simply complete a membership application in our office. We will collect the membership fee and submit it online for processing. You will be given a temporary card to use until your membership card arrives in 3-4 weeks. It’s just that simple!
